Not only is it a sturdy umbrella and a cinch to install, but the customer service has been incredibly responsive to any questions I've had. If only all customer service were as attentive as EliteShade's!

It is as advertised and was worth the price. Everything went together nicely, and the materials and construction are top-notch. The color is good and hasn't faded. It's pretty stable. I've never had any issues with the umbrella shaking or being unstable.

This umbrella is high-end, grand, and upscale. The kids are enjoying spending more time playing outdoors. I'm really happy about it!
